SEO Blog & Content Writing

A monthly drumbeat of content that ranks — and still sounds like a person wrote it.

from $1,300

A fanned stack of printed articles with margin notes, in warm ink-and-paper duotone.

Who it's for

Who this is for

  • B2B and content-led marketers who need steady organic output
  • Teams without an in-house writer, or one who's stretched too thin
  • Anyone tired of freelance content that reads generic, or visibly AI-smoothed

Who this isn't for

  • A one-time site rewrite — see Website Copywriting
  • Product descriptions — see Product & E-commerce Copywriting
  • A single campaign asset — see Landing & Sales Page Copywriting

What's included

The problem

Content calendars stall out for one of two reasons: nobody's writing, or somebody is, and it's ranking for nothing because it reads like it was written for the algorithm instead of the reader searching. Either way, the compounding effect content is supposed to have never shows up.

A content calendar with three gaps in it doesn't compound. Neither does content nobody wanted to finish reading.

OUR OWN REWRITE

Before

In today’s competitive business landscape, it is more important than ever for companies to leverage content marketing strategies.

After

Your competitor published 40 blog posts last year. Six of them rank. Here’s what separates the six from the other 34.

The first sentence is true of every industry, every year. The second is true of the reader's actual situation right now.

How this project runs

This is the only service sold as a standing monthly retainer by default — the topic list is set at kickoff and revisited each month, so posts ship on a schedule instead of waiting on a fresh brief every time.

Where to go next

Frequently asked questions

Do you handle keyword research, or do we give you topics?

We research and propose the topic list at kickoff, built around search terms your buyers actually use. You approve it before we start writing, and can swap topics month to month.

Is this AI-written?

No. Every post is drafted and edited by a person. We use research tools the way any writer does — we don't run a topic through a generator and call it done. If a post reads like it could have been written by anyone about anything, we rewrite it.

Can we start with Essentials and move to a monthly plan later?

Yes. Essentials is a fixed one-off batch — a good way to see the work before committing to a retainer. Growth and Authority are the ongoing monthly tiers.

Who approves the topics and drafts?

Whoever you designate — usually one marketing contact. We don't need sign-off from a committee to keep the schedule.

What happens if we need to pause a month?

Monthly retainers are cancellable with 14 days' notice before the next billing date — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms.
