Email Marketing Copywriting
Welcome flows and campaigns that read like they were written for one person.
from $900

Who it's for
Who this is for
- DTC and SaaS marketers who need emails that actually move revenue
- Teams currently skipping the welcome sequence, or reusing the same one for two years
- Anyone whose campaign emails read like an afterthought bolted onto a blog post
Who this isn't for
- Ongoing content marketing — see SEO Blog & Content Writing
- A single landing page — see Landing & Sales Page Copywriting
- Ad copy — see Ad & Social Copywriting
The problem
New subscribers get a generic welcome email, or none at all. Campaign sends go out because the calendar said Tuesday, not because there's a real reason to email today. Both problems come from the same root: nobody's treating the inbox as a real channel with its own structure.
A welcome sequence isn't one nice email. It's five emails, each doing a different job, in order.
What's included
- A written, ready-to-schedule sequence or campaign batch
- Subject lines and preview text for every email
- A clear send order and the job each email is doing
- Delivered in a shared Google Doc, ready to load into your ESP

After
You're in. Here's the one thing to do first.
The first subject line describes what you did. The second tells the reader what happens next — the reason to open it.

How this project runs
Email is the lowest-cost entry point into an ongoing relationship with us — most Email projects start after a Website or Brand Messaging project, using the same voice we already established.

Frequently asked questions
Do you load the emails into our ESP (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)?
No — we deliver copy ready to paste in, with subject lines, preview text, and send order clearly labeled. Building the actual automation is on your team or your ESP specialist.
Can you write to match flows we already have running?
Yes — send us what's currently live and we'll either extend it or flag what's underperforming and why, rather than starting over for the sake of it.
What's the difference between the welcome sequence and campaign emails?
The welcome sequence is automated and triggered once per new subscriber. Campaign emails are one-off or recurring sends — a promotion, a product update — that go to your whole list or a segment.
Is Authority a good fit if we only need email sometimes, not every month?
No — Authority is a standing monthly retainer. If your need is occasional, Essentials or Growth (both one-off) are the better fit; you can always order again later.
