Frequently asked questions

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

A freelancer is one person, on their own schedule, with no second set of eyes on the work. Every project here runs through a defined process — a strategist, a writer, and a second editorial pass — with fixed revision rounds, so quality isn’t riding on one person’s bandwidth that week.

How is this different from a content marketplace?

Marketplaces match you with whichever writer is available and price by the word. We price by the deliverable, staff every project with the same strategist and writer from start to finish, and put a senior editorial pass on everything before it ships.

Do you write with AI?

We use research and editing tools the way any professional writer does. We don’t generate drafts with AI and pass them off as finished work — see our full stance on the FAQ page.

What if I don’t see the exact service I need?

Most projects fit one of the eight services on Services. If yours genuinely doesn’t, use the contact form and describe the project — we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a fit.

Can I see pricing before I talk to anyone?

Yes — every package is priced and listed on Pricing. Add one to your cart and check out directly; no call required.

What happens after I buy a package?

You’ll get a project brief to fill out, then a kickoff call gets scheduled — see the full process on the Process page.
